About the role
- Act as a trusted finance partner to CMD Operations and Manufacturing leadership
- Provide clear, actionable insights on performance, forecasts, and business trends
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing global Operations Finance team
- Champion continuous improvement, change, and modern finance ways of working
- Lead forecasting, reporting, and annual/strategic planning processes for Operations
- Partner with Operations and Finance to develop and review business plans and investment cases
- Analyze performance against key metrics, highlighting risks, opportunities, and corrective actions
- Ensure financial governance, compliance, and controllership are embedded into business decisions
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- MBA preferred, but not required
- 10+ years of progressive experience in finance business partnership, including manufacturing or supply chain finance
- Demonstrated success delivering impact beyond the finance function
- Proven experience leading teams in a global, matrixed environment
- Strong executive presence with the ability to partner confidently with senior stakeholders
- Highly analytical, strategic thinker with a bias for action
- Track record of influencing outcomes in fast-paced, cross-functional environments
- Strong systems and digital capability (SAP, Hyperion, Power BI or similar)
- Willingness to travel ~ 10% domestically and internationally.
