About the role
- Provides focused program management services to the Quality Assurance organization (QA Labs)
- Enables harmonization across site-based organizations while respecting each site’s unique business needs
- Oversees coordination and management of projects by monitoring status, timelines, and outcomes
- Identifies new improvements ideas and projects
- Helps maintain business continuity
- Serves as the primary liaison between internal clients and site leaders
- Facilitates effective information flow
- Partners with QA management to ensure deliverables meet expectations and financial and timeline commitments
- Drives improvement projects and initiatives to completion with measurable outcomes
- Gathers stakeholder input and facilitates integration of perspectives and ideas
- Documents meeting minutes, aligns on decisions, and translates outcomes into actions
- Creates high quality presentations and communicates with impact, balancing detail and brevity
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualification
- Previous experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable to 8+ years)
- Knowledge of analytical chemistry and strong business acumen
- Familiarity with the contract testing business and clinical research/development
- Expertise in business analytics, operations, and process improvement
- Excellent problem solving, judgment, and decision-making skills
- Strong verbal, written, and presentation abilities
- Proven organizational and negotiation skills
- Extensive project management knowledge and leadership
- Understanding of basic budgeting and forecasting terms and definitions
- Superior time management, planning, and organizational skills
- Familiarity with laboratory requirements, ICH guidelines, USP requirements, and FDA guidance
- Ability to multitask and effectively prioritize workload
- Ability to work effectively with multilevel teams
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, undefined environment
- Strong relationship management skills
