About the role
- Provide TEM instruments services, including installation, basic training, preventative maintenance, repair and compliance services
- Developing and maintaining positive relationships with customers in assigned territory
- Work closely with other departments to improve customer experience
- Supply to high-value service related procedures and documents
- Help Service Sales Representative on service orders
Requirements
- Electron microscope experience is helpful
- An University degree or equivalent experience in electronic system fixing
- Life science related experience preferred
- Typically requires hands on technical experience for installing, solving, repairing and calibrating complex tools
- Proven ability to solving complex systems and subsystems down to component level is preferred
- Experience on fixing and repairing ultra-high vacuum and high voltage systems is highly desired
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Able to read and interpret schematics
