About the role
- Handle and grow the assigned sales territory in North-West Italy
- Promote and sell the plasma proteins product line and related solutions
- Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support customers effectively
- Achieve sales targets while ensuring excellent customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (Life Sciences or related area preferred)
- Fluent English language
- Validated experience (at least 5 years) in sales within life sciences, biotechnology, or diagnostics
- Strong knowledge of clinical laboratory instrumentation and workflows
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently
- Flexibility to spend close to 70% of the time traveling within the region
- Based in North-West Italy (e.g., Milan area)
- Computer proficiency in MS Office, Web-based, and other digital platforms.
- Field and diligence in maintaining records & general administrative duties.
- Sales force experience is well evaluated.
- Valid Italian driver’s license & willingness to travel on a weekly basis (c.70%) within territory, plus regional & national meetings.
