About the role
- Lead the S&OP process fully utilizing ERP Systems like SAP
- Advance digital transformation and operational excellence
- Optimize performance and enhance customer satisfaction

Requirements
- Advanced Degree
- Around 8 years of experience in supply chain management
- At least 7 years in leadership roles
- Preferred Fields of Study: Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business, or related field
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification preferred
- Success implementing digital supply chain technologies
- Deep expertise in end-to-end supply chain processes
- Strong experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle)
- Proven track record of leading SIOP processes
- Leadership abilities with experience managing inclusive, distributed teams
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and stakeholder management capabilities
- Proven ability to implement change management
- Strong project management skills
- Experience with AI and advanced supply chain technologies
