About the role
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales plans aligned with company goals and market trends
- Engage with high-level clients to understand their complex needs and provide tailored solutions
- Implement innovative sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Analyze market data and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required - Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related scientific field is preferred
- Minimum 5+ years of extensive sales experience in a related field, such as life sciences, biotechnology, or medical devices
- Demonstrated success in consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Proficiency with CRM systems and other sales management tools
- Experience in building and maintaining long-term client relationships
- Strong knowledge of the sales process, from prospecting to closing deals
- Excellent negotiation skills and ability to handle complex sales cycles
- Deep understanding of value-based selling and consultative sales approaches
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong analytical skills for interpreting sales data and market trends
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and sales-related software
