About the role
- Lead end-to-end AI and digital transformation programs—from early scoping and business alignment through delivery, change management, and value realization.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to identify where AI, automation, and data-driven solutions can unlock operational and financial benefits.
- Develop transformation charters, business requirements, program roadmaps, success metrics, and governance frameworks.
- Manage cross-functional execution, ensuring visibility into progress, dependencies, and risks across multiple workstreams.
- Partner with business, IT, and Digital teams to align solution design and prioritization with enterprise strategy and technical readiness.
- Assess and structure complex business problems, conduct process mapping, and define future-state workflows.
- Prepare business cases and value models to quantify expected impacts and support decision-making.
- Provide advisory support to leaders exploring AI opportunities and contribute to enterprise playbooks and best practices.
- Champion adoption by coordinating training, communication, and change management activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in program management, digital transformation, consulting, or related disciplines.
- Demonstrated success leading cross-functional programs and delivering measurable business impact.
- Experience developing business cases and facilitating executive-level governance.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and promote accountability in matrix environments.
- Experience in building consensus and resolving conflicts effectively.
- Strong financial acumen for budget development and tracking.
- Strategic approach with ability to align programs to business objectives.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Self-directed with ability to work independently.
