About the role
- Provides advanced decision support to leadership by designing, building, and enhancing models, dashboards, presentations, and other decision tools
- Partners with senior leaders to define, track, and analyze key performance metrics that drive business outcomes
- Delivers executive-ready analyses leveraging confidential HR data
- Manages forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning for assigned projects
- Collaborates with departmental leaders, and cross-functional teams to surface issues and develop actionable solutions
- Recommends and implements improvements to systems, tools, and processes
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualification
- Comparable to 8+ years of experience
- Advanced knowledge of accounting and finance principles, practices, and trends
- Ability to translate complex data and variance analyses into clear insights
- Strong business acumen with ability to navigate complex organizational structures
- Excellent analytical and quantitative skills
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Power BI and AI experience to develop financial tools and automation
