- Drive growth within assigned territory through new and existing customer engagement
- Represent broad Biosciences product categories across molecular, protein, and cell biology
- Implement and maintain strategic account plans
- Deliver an excellent customer experience through strong internal collaboration

- Manage time effectively to meet quarterly and annual goals
Requirements
- Education M.A./M.Sc or equivalent experience; preferred bachelor’s degree in biology/life science field.
- Experience in sales in the Life Sciences market or comparable professional experience.
- General knowledge of assigned Biosciences product portfolio and customer segment required.
- Analytical and business planning skills.
- Distinct time-management capability.
- Strong capabilities to interface successfully with all customer types, both in person and virtually.
- Ability to successfully contribute to a dedicated team.
- Positive demeanor and desire to succeed.
- Strong self-motivation to find new business.
- High degree of flexibility in adapting to an evolving business environment.
- Digital literacy in MS Office.
- Valid driving license.
- Proficiency in English and German; additional languages are an advantage.
