About the role

  • Grow sales of scientific products and services through various communication channels
  • Target clients in research, development, and quality assurance sectors
  • Develop and demonstrate understanding of value propositions of Fisher Scientific and Thermo Fisher Scientific
  • Improve application of tools and technology to enhance customer interactions
  • Develop strategic and tactical sales plans and lead pricing within territory
  • Establish and sustain strong customer relationships and collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Perform sales calls primarily by phone, with face-to-face when required

  • Maintain accurate reports, records, and files for effective territory management

Requirements

  • Consistent record in sales, specifically within the research laboratory field
  • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience, preferably in the sciences
  • Strong interpersonal, written communication, and presentation skills
  • Computer proficiency in MS Office and the Web along with the use of sales force software
  • Must possess the skills to multi-task and meet timelines as needed
  • Fluent Swedish and English
  • Confident personality, able to successfully engage with customers across various settings
  • Ability to work within a matrix environment with multiple collaborators and handle competing requirements
