About the role
- Develop and manage relationships with new and existing customers in academia and industry
- Identify customer needs and present tailored solutions to achieve both short-term and long-term sales objectives
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure great execution of sales strategies
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities
Requirements
- Proven track record in sales within the life sciences sector
- Strong understanding of the scientific research environment and customer needs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of an ambitious team
- Willingness to travel within Norway and as required
- Proficiency in English (required) and Norwegian (strongly preferred)
