About the role
- Develop, implement, and monitor operational plans to achieve the business objectives within the geographic area of responsibility
- Increase market penetration of the company's genotyping and animal health solutions by collaborating with team members, marketing, and global business units
- Collaborate with local distributors and sales teams from other divisions to identify and develop potential new business opportunities
- Customer visits: Germany (western region), Austria, Switzerland
Requirements
- Master's degree in molecular biology or a related field (PhD is a plus)
- Experience in genetics and molecular biology
- Strong networking skills
- Experience with complex sales processes and strong customer orientation
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Very good spoken and written German and English
