About the role

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret complex financial and operating data for business units
  • Prepare reports and analyses in support of financial close processes and ongoing financial activities
  • Lead the forecasting and budgeting processes for assigned business units
  • Collaborate with management and cross-functional teams to identify problems and develop solutions
  • Make recommendations on system and process improvements
  • Prepare and present business performance analysis
  • Consolidate trend and variance analysis and provide insights to support decision making

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • MBA or CFA preferred
  • 5+ years experience in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting
  • 1+ year of leadership responsibility
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Experience with financial software and ERP systems
  • PowerBI preferred
  • Ability to communicate with diverse groups of people
  • Ability to work upright and stationary for typical working hours
  • Ability to manage multiple projects successfully
