About the role
- Collect, analyze, and interpret complex financial and operating data for business units
- Prepare reports and analyses in support of financial close processes and ongoing financial activities
- Lead the forecasting and budgeting processes for assigned business units
- Collaborate with management and cross-functional teams to identify problems and develop solutions
- Make recommendations on system and process improvements
- Prepare and present business performance analysis
- Consolidate trend and variance analysis and provide insights to support decision making
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- MBA or CFA preferred
- 5+ years experience in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting
- 1+ year of leadership responsibility
- Advanced Excel skills
- Experience with financial software and ERP systems
- PowerBI preferred
- Ability to communicate with diverse groups of people
- Ability to work upright and stationary for typical working hours
- Ability to manage multiple projects successfully
