Operations

• Lead Clinical Trial Division Operations in the UK including Clinical Packaging, Commercial Packaging, Supply Chain, and Operations Support
• Represent Operations on the Site Leadership Team (SLT) and champion the company vision, mission and values
• Set and manage objectives that support site goals, customer expectations, and long-term business performance
• Review operational results, report insights, and drive continuous improvement
• Foster a service-focused, collaborative culture within Operations
• Ensure effective sales and operations planning, allocating labour and resources to achieve delivery goals
• Build strong customer relationships and support new project implementation
• Collaborate with the General Manager and SLT to strengthen and communicate the site value proposition
• Recruit, develop, and lead impactful teams, ensuring training and development needs are met
• Engage with leaders across the site, region, and division to achieve broader organizational goals
• Ensure all work is performed safely and efficiently
• Support additional tasks as assigned by the General Manager
