• Provide support to the local and global HR function
• Gathering, compiling, and maintaining HR-related information and preparing various reports and documents
• Employee onboarding (doing contracts, asking for personal documents during onboarding to register for benefits and other onboarding activities)
• Job changes (receiving Workday job change inbox tasks, doing contract amendments)
• Terminations (complete offboarding for voluntary terminations)
• Maintains personnel files for assigned location(s)
• Handles employee inquiries in the Case Management system
