About the role
- Same day incident reporting and meeting to ensure accurate and timely solution implementation
- Improve uniformity of job assessment data by focusing on multiple areas and developing training tools
- Enhance the onboarding process by carrying out pre-employment screenings to detect and resolve physical issues
- Provide education on body mechanics and general mobility, offering physical demonstrations and reasoning for accurate techniques
- Increase resource awareness and utilization among employees to address concerns proactively
- Assist with data consolidation and analysis for EHS, suggesting presentation methods and identifying patterns
- Develop wellness programs by coordinating with existing program leaders to promote health and well-being
- Aid in EHS team projects and operations, managing tasks aligned with your expertise
Requirements
- Knowledge in ergonomics or human anatomy to address posture deviations and environmental concerns
- Preferably hold an Active Release Technique (ART) certification for onsite treatment of musculoskeletal issues
- Strong communication skills for conducting meetings and directing conversations
- Proficiency in writing and typing to maintain accurate records and documentation
- Ability to work autonomously, managing evaluations and scheduling employee meetings
- Attentive with sharp analytical skills to recognize and tackle work task or environmental issues
- Efficient time management to accommodate staff availability and task priorities, including travel to multiple sites as needed
