About the role
- Responsible for providing personalized advice to our guests by phone and in writing.
- Handle administrative tasks such as reviewing online bookings, processing email inquiries, and preparing arrivals using checklists.
- Act as an interface between different departments to ensure a smooth stay.
- Support the team in day-to-day operations.
Requirements
- Commercial vocational training; ideally with hotel experience—career changers with relevant experience are also welcome.
- Friendly, service-oriented telephone manner.
- Flexibility and willingness to work a two-shift system (8:00–19:00), including weekends and public holidays.
- Very good written and spoken German for reliable communication.
- Good user skills with common MS Office applications.
