About the role

  • Assembly Modeling and Documentation (Solidworks).
  • Create assembly models.
  • Create 3D models of process cooling machines and systems.
  • Create 3D models of mechanical piping systems.
  • Create product related documentation (Assembly instructions, Assembly fabrication drawings, Installation instructions).
  • Maintain product system schematics in AutoCAD.
  • Audit machine component properties within Solidworks to make sure the manufacturer, model number, and IDs are current.
  • Maintain product IOM details.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent experience in the HVAC pipe trades.
  • 5 years’ experience using Solidworks in a professional capacity.
  • 3 years’ experience with manufacturing/fabrication & design processes.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in: Solidworks, AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, Mechanical design (Piping Systems).
