About the role
- Develop and maintain cost models for data center cooling systems, including chillers and coolant distribution units.
- Support pricing for single-site, campus, and large-scale deployments.
- Apply pricing tiers and volume breakpoints for multi-megawatt projects.
- Account for regional differences in labor, logistics, compliance, and currency.
- Partner with Sales Engineering and Operations.
- Identify commercial risk and support margin analysis on complex opportunities.
- Contribute to standardizing pricing tools and estimating processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Finance, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in equipment pricing, cost engineering, or industrial estimating.
- Experience with large-scale or multi-megawatt systems.
- Strong Excel and cost-modeling skills.
- Ability to work with incomplete or evolving scopes and document assumptions.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
