Issue precise invoices promptly
Manage key accounts including Walmart US & CA, Club Accounts, and Canadian clients
Collaborate with internal departments to resolve billing discrepancies
Monitor accounts receivable aging and provide updates on outstanding balances
Foster strong customer relationships to support payment compliance
Process incoming payments and reconcile accounts daily
Assist the Global AR Manager in cash forecasting activities
Utilize financial ERP platforms to optimize AR workflow
Deliver accurate AR data and reports for closing processes
Maintain well-documented Standard Operating Procedures
Support credit reviews for new customer accounts
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of progressive Accounts Receivable experience
Meticulous attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy
Strong organizational skills with ability to multitask
Proficient in accrual accounting principles
Experience with NetSuite ERP and various vendor portals preferred
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, CSV uploads)
Effective communication skills for interacting with customers and colleagues
French proficiency helpful but not mandatory
