About the role
- Make outbound calls to qualify new leads and filter out "shoppers" to ensure only high-value cases reach the attorney’s calendar.
- Answer inbound calls, provide firm-specific information regarding retainers and services, and manage the intake script.
- Schedule consultations and manage calendar flow within MyCase to ensure organized case progression.
- Manage CRM updates, including lead status changes, automated follow-ups, and document organization.
- Respond to client and lead inquiries professionally, maintaining the firm’s standards for confidentiality and empathy.
- Support the attorney in automating firm processes using specialized legal software and integration tools.
- Maintain accurate case records and firm documentation using MyCase and Google Workspace.
Requirements
- Proven experience working in a legal environment with an understanding of law firm settings and terminology.
- Strong phone skills and the confidence to qualify leads and discuss firm requirements (like retainers) up front.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work with high autonomy once systems are learned.
- Experience working with MyCase or similar legal case management software.
- Strong written and spoken English.
- Reliable workstation, stable internet connection, and ability to work full-time on Eastern Time.
