About the role

  • Run the full sales cycle for SMBs and startups, from first outreach to closed deal
  • Own outbound prospecting across email, phone, and LinkedIn
  • Conduct virtual relationship building across assigned territory
  • Attend industry events and represent Thera in the market
  • Generate and convert own pipeline, track activity and outcomes in CRM

Requirements

  • 3 or more years of SDR or BDR experience or at least 1 year of closing experience as an Account Executive
  • Comfortable on the phone and not afraid of rejection
  • Organized and consistent with follow up
  • Curious about fintech, payroll, and business operations
  • Thrives in an async environment and proactive communication
