About the role
- Run the full sales cycle for SMBs and startups, from first outreach to closed deal
- Own outbound prospecting across email, phone, and LinkedIn
- Conduct virtual relationship building across assigned territory
- Attend industry events and represent Thera in the market
- Generate and convert own pipeline, track activity and outcomes in CRM
- Feed insights back to leadership on messaging, positioning, and targeting
Requirements
- 3 or more years of SDR or BDR experience or at least 1 year of closing experience as an Account Executive
- Comfortable on the phone and not afraid of rejection
- Organized and consistent with follow up
- Curious about fintech, payroll, and business operations
- Thrives in an async environment and proactive communication
