About the role
- Support and optimize the entire candidate journey for three nursing homes
- Develop targeted, modern job advertisements
- Identify, evaluate and further develop new recruiting channels
- Train staff in interacting with applicants
- Act as a link between applicants, HR services and residential unit managers
Requirements
- Solid experience recruiting qualified nursing staff
- Knowledge of the most common recruiting channels in elderly care
- Independent and structured working style
- Ability to confidently train employees
- Interest in building an internal team for recruiting and retaining nursing staff
- Strong communication skills and confident interaction with applicants, HR services and residential unit managers
- Digital affinity and confident use of modern recruiting tools and social media platforms
