About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Recruit the best talent on the market
- Organize career forums for Q4
- Support the organization of the Petit Poucet 2027 competition
- Identify and source top tech talent on LinkedIn and other channels
- Screen profiles and conduct pre-interviews
- Attend interviews with hiring managers and understand recruitment objectives
- Track candidates and optimize recruitment processes
- Participate in initiatives to improve our talent acquisition strategy
- Contribute to the organization of campus events (dojos, career fairs, training sessions...)
Requirements
What you’ll need- Final-year Master’s student (M2) in a business school or engineering school
- Dynamic, curious, organized and proactive
- Comfortable on the phone and willing to actively pursue top talent and sponsors
- Strong analytical skills and excellent interpersonal abilities
