About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • You manage a team of Lead Product Managers (LPM) and Product Managers (PM) across multiple projects.
  • You are responsible for their careers, development and the success of their delivery.
  • You join the team of Program Directors, called Group PM, with whom you have a dedicated weekly meeting to work together on management, practice structuring and talent development.
  • Support your PMs/LPMs on their projects: monitor delivery, help unblock situations, provide regular and demanding feedback with a focus on progression.
  • Be responsible for their careers: build a clear development plan with each person and map out their next steps, both with the client and within Theodo.
  • Ensure quality delivery: secure the success of projects within your scope in terms of quality, timelines and value creation for both the client and the teams.
  • Contribute to staffing: take part in assignment decisions and ensure alignment between talent and project needs.
  • Lead collective events (all-hands, practice rituals) to strengthen cohesion and team dynamics.
  • Participate in pre-sales activities to grow the practice’s portfolio and open new opportunities.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Graduate of a leading engineering school, with more than 8 years of professional experience, including at least 6 years in product management (Senior PM / Lead PM / Head of Product) in startups, IT services companies (ESN) or consulting firms
  • Proven ability to drive delivery of complex projects: quality, timelines, and value creation.
  • Strong interpersonal and client skills: build trust, engage with top management stakeholders, and manage sensitive situations with calm and clarity.
  • Solid feedback and management skills: active listening, ability to challenge and deliver rigorous feedback aimed at collective development.
  • AI-oriented
  • Desire to learn, challenge your team, ask for help and accept being challenged.
