About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Conceive clever migration strategies to win deals
  • Technically qualify incoming leads: codebase size, dependencies, compliance constraints
  • Lead discussions with CIOs, CISOs, CTOs and architects
  • Design an innovative migration strategy with a target stack selection
  • Produce differentiating deliverables: architecture diagrams, ADRs, POCs
  • Estimate based on technical complexity and client budget
  • Help the sales team forecast delivery by defining teams to staff

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Graduate of a top engineering school
  • 5+ years' experience in tech delivery (Tech Lead, Architect, Senior Software Engineer) or in technical pre-sales
  • Hands-on coding experience on real production projects and mastery of at least one modern stack (web, mobile, infra or data)
  • Advocate of AI, particularly in AI coding, with a clear conviction about what it concretely changes in software development
  • Value-driven: able to link a technical decision to a business outcome (margin, time-to-market, cost of inaction)
  • High standards for quality and ability to challenge assumptions with pedagogy
  • Enjoys teamwork and interacting with varied profiles (sales, tech leads, C-level clients)
  • Wants to grow in an environment that encourages a desire to improve, team spirit and initiative
