About the role
- Ensure the delivery of the project and its quality
- Work on the most complex designs and features; ensure designs are implementable by development teams
- Be responsible for the quality of the architecture and produced code using Theodo methodologies (3S) and routines (code review)
- Serve as the main point of contact for your client
- Ensure ongoing client satisfaction by taking part in routine meetings with them (backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, and ceremonies)
- Be responsible for the success of Software Engineers on the project
- Train your team through routines such as code reviews and pair programming
- Manage and support your team on the ground with regular 1:1s with each team member
Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience in Tech and at least 1 year of experience as a Tech Lead
- Strong knowledge of complex web concepts (front-end, back-end, databases, infrastructure, deployment, CI, logging) and DevOps (Docker, containers, Kubernetes)
- A strong interest in code quality
- Ability to design simple infrastructure architectures
- Experience supporting and coaching junior members of your team
- Bonus: expertise in public-sector projects and accessibility issues and/or prior experience in the public sector
