About the role
- Prioritize and deliver high-value features while meeting milestones and commitments made to the client.
- Demonstrate the team’s progress and value by making work visible and facilitating client decisions (review decks, daily emails, etc.).
- Understand client preferences and coordinate a rapid, appropriate response to issues, using tools such as the value model, client questionnaires, and problem-solving techniques.
- Manage day-to-day delivery applying Lean methodology: backlog management, writing clear user stories, and sprint planning.
- Work closely with the client to understand their needs, enable decision-making, and co-create solutions.
- Translate product challenges into clear requirements for the technical team, leveraging usage analysis, environmental studies, and benchmarks.
- Help the team meet its commitments by anticipating risks, resolving issues, and contributing to continuous improvement routines (problem solving, retrospectives).
Requirements
- Degree from a top engineering school, 2 to 5 years of experience, ideally in consulting or in a client-facing environment.
- Strong interest in designing high-impact business products, with a tech mindset and solid knowledge of the field.
- Excellent interpersonal skills: comfortable with clients, able to adopt the right posture and build trustful relationships.
- Client-first mindset: available, responsive, attentive, able to prioritize the client, incorporate feedback and anticipate needs.
- Strong desire to learn and grow, able to challenge the team, ask for help, and accept being challenged.
