About the role

  • Participate in the day-to-day finance operations at Theodo Fintech
  • Produce and verify monthly invoicing for strategic accounts
  • Monitor and optimize accounts receivable through collections
  • Lead monthly closes by building margin-based revenue figures
  • Produce monthly revenue analyses
  • Track and update financial KPIs
  • Build and manage the Fintech budget
  • Analyze financial KPIs (margin, EBITDA, revenue) and prepare projections
  • Advise company leaders on strategic financial matters
  • Ensure legal compliance and timely payment of taxes
  • Ensure high quality of administrative processes
  • Automate and improve the finance team’s processes

Requirements

  • Degree from a top engineering or business school
  • 2 to 6 years of experience in finance, including at least one role in corporate finance
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and comfortable interacting with internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong interest in transaction flows and process automation
  • Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets / Excel
  • Bonus: coding skills are a real plus
  • High standards for yourself and others and a strong desire to grow
