About the role

  • Define the engagement strategy throughout the project: understand the client's challenges and constraints (budget, milestones, tech stack, etc.) to adapt Theodo’s or partners’ team setup and ensure teams are positioned to succeed
  • Model the product's value to enable the right level of discussion with the client: product architecture, discovery, competitor research, usage data analysis, test value as quickly as possible with the client's market, and negotiate on behalf of the technical team the means to build a technical product they can be proud of
  • Ensure successful delivery: manage and coordinate all squads to deliver complex projects on time and at the quality level expected by the client
  • Provide visibility: create and present governance interfaces to bring clarity to all project stakeholders
  • Manage Product Managers: create an environment where your reports succeed, progress and see a future with the client and/or at Theodo
  • Ensure client satisfaction: build a trusting relationship with your client while making the right trade-offs for the project, the client and the teams
  • Identify opportunities to help the client with other challenges

Requirements

  • You have 5+ years of professional experience, including at least 4 years in product roles (Senior PM / Lead Product Manager / Head of Product) in startups or service companies
  • Or you have a proven background in tech agencies specialized in project management (Octo, Accenture, Fabernovel, Artefact, Les Tilleuls...)
  • You have prior management experience and have engaged with top-management clients from large organizations
