About the role
- Lead the delivery of AI consulting engagements: scoping use cases, conducting value analyses, performing audits (IT systems / data / platforms), and producing key deliverables (master plans, business cases, AI roadmaps).
- Serve as the client's trusted contact: manage day-to-day relationships, onboard stakeholders (CEO, C-level, CIO, Head of Data/AI…), challenge ideas and secure adoption (culture, governance, ethics).
- Structure execution for impact: turn fuzzy needs into clear action plans (Audit → MVP → Scale), prioritize and manage workstreams with an ROI-driven approach (EBITDA, churn, productivity, etc.).
- Contribute to building the practice: design AI Advisory offerings and methodologies, formalize frameworks, and capture lessons learned from engagements.
- Grow the business: identify follow-on opportunities, lead pre-sales efforts, draft commercial proposals and statements of work.
- Leadership & coaching: mentor and develop consultants on engagements, review their work, ensure overall quality and stakeholder satisfaction.
Requirements
- 2 to 5 years’ experience (Senior Consultant) or 5 to 8 years (Manager), ideally in a consulting firm or a recognized Data/AI boutique (Big 4, Capgemini Invent, Accenture… or Artefact, Eleven, AI Builders…)
- Mandatory experience with SBF120 / CAC40 accounts or scale-ups with high organizational complexity (transformation engagements > 6 months)
- Tech-fluent: no need to be a coder, but solid understanding of IT/data architecture, distinction between incremental versus breakthrough innovation, and hands-on testing of tools (LLMs, agents…) to understand real limitations.
- True trusted advisor stance: active listening, situational intelligence, reliability, and the ability to build trust with decision-makers.
- Mastery of top-down synthesis: ability to engage an executive committee (COMEX) in 3 slides, while also being able to dive into technical detail when needed.
- Strong analytical rigor and ROI mindset: prepare financial impact estimates and drive execution with relentless focus on results.
