About the role
- Define the support strategy throughout the project: understand the client’s objectives and constraints (budget, milestones, tech stack, etc.) to adapt Theodo’s or partner team setup and ensure teams have the right conditions to succeed
- Model the product’s value to enable the right level of conversation with the client: product architecture, discovery, competitor research, usage-data analysis, test value with the client’s market as quickly as possible, and negotiate with the engineering team the resources needed to build a technical product they can be proud of
- Ensure successful delivery: manage and coordinate all squads to deliver complex projects on time and at the quality level expected by the client
- Provide visibility: create and present governance interfaces to bring clarity to all project stakeholders
- Manage Product Managers: create an environment in which your reports succeed, progress and see a future with the client and/or within Theodo
- Guarantee client satisfaction: build a relationship of trust with your client while making the right trade-offs for the project, the client and the teams
- Identify opportunities to support the client on other challenges
Requirements
- You have 5+ years of professional experience, including at least 4 years in product roles such as Senior PM / Lead Product Manager / Head of Product, in a startup or a services company
- Or you have proven experience in tech agencies specialized in project management (Octo, Accenture, Fabernovel, Artefact, Les Tilleuls...)
- You have prior people management experience and have engaged with top-management clients of large corporations
