Account Executive

• You will be responsible for developing existing clients and ensuring alignment between commercial commitments and delivered value. You will also create the conditions for project teams to succeed.
• Identify, qualify and develop commercial opportunities in the public sector
• Build and maintain a strong, forecasted sales pipeline
• Lead complex sales cycles and engage with decision-makers (C-level, digital departments, CIOs, business units)
• Source new leads through networking, pitches, events and other prospecting channels
• Serve as the primary point of contact for your clients and represent all group entities to them
• Build and maintain trust-based relationships with key decision-makers (C-level, digital departments, CIOs, business units)
• Proactively pitch our offerings to clients
• Identify new needs within client accounts to increase our footprint
• Ensure complete client satisfaction and implement action plans when necessary
• Maintain continuity of the client relationship with the delivery team (kick-off meetings, steering committees, ceremonies, governance) and monitor progress
• Ensure teams are kept in the ideal conditions to deliver successful projects
• Frame the value proposition of our offerings based on your understanding of the client context
• Contribute to the drafting of clear, inspiring and impactful proposals alongside the Bid Management team
• Demonstrate the ROI of our offerings and showcase value through our use cases and expertise
• Participate in solution strategy (approach, pricing)
• Ensure proper contractual management, quotes and administrative sales documentation
• Ensure invoices are paid within the deadlines stipulated by the contracts we hold
