Account Executive

• You are responsible for acquiring new clients, growing those accounts, and ensuring alignment between the commercial promise and the value delivered.
• Identify, qualify, and develop sales opportunities focused on your entity's area of expertise.
• Build and maintain a robust, forecasted pipeline.
• Lead complex sales cycles and engage with decision-makers (C-level, digital leaders, CTOs, business stakeholders).
• Source new leads through networking, pitches, event participation, Theodo partners, and external partners (Google, AWS, PwC, Wavestone, etc.).
• Negotiate and close projects under favorable conditions for Theodo (engagement model, daily rates (TJM), start date, etc.).
• Act as the primary point of contact for your clients and represent all group entities to them.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with key decision-makers (C-level, digital leaders, CTOs, business stakeholders).
• Ensure proper contractual management, quotes, and administrative documents related to sales.
