• Create content across formats, including:
• - Short-form social content (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, etc.)
• - Static visuals and simple motion assets
• - Blog articles and written content for Theo’s website
• - Occasional short-form video and multimedia content
• Own end-to-end content production:
• - Concepting and ideation
• - Outlining and scripting
• - Filming, editing, or designing assets
• - Final publication and iteration
• Mine long-form content (articles, talks, internal discussions, client work) for strong social moments—pulling quotes, clips, or excerpts and adapting them for platform-specific formats
• Develop multi-format content series that can live across web, social, and email
• Work comfortably inside design tools like Figma to produce on-brand social and web collateral
• Publish and manage content across platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, Theo’s website, and email tools
• Capture and document the day-to-day life at Theo HQ—work sessions, whiteboards, conversations, moments worth sharing
• Be comfortable appearing on-camera as a host, guide, or narrator when the concept calls for it (not a primary requirement)
• Manage a content roadmap and calendar, coordinating timelines and deliverables
• Collaborate closely with Theo’s subject matter experts to shape upcoming content and ensure accuracy, clarity, and relevance

Social Content Coordinator

Account Manager

• Help manage key client accounts and develop strong client relationships built around proactive insight sharing and project management.
• Act as one of the points of contact for a client, respond in a timely fashion and ensure they are aware of relevant project updates.
• Help manage client satisfaction with account leads and agency partners. Identify any Assist with client accounts and help develop strong client relationships. Respond to clients in a timely fashion and help manage day-to-day requests.
• Ensure client and internal teams are made aware of relevant project updates/information.
• Help account lead prepare for internal team huddles to ensure timelines and deliverables are being met.
• Prepare for weekly client status meetings and update status documents.
• Schedule client and internal meetings, record notes, and manage follow-ups.
• Work with internal teams to create and manage campaign timelines with clear milestones and deliverables.
• Ensure client deliverables are tracked in agency PM software.
• Understand agency services and key responsibilities for each cross-functional team.
• Review all client deliverables and assist with media trafficking, planning and proofing.
• Work with Analyst and Digital Media teams to keep track of high-level performance insights and ensure the client is made aware of the goal and budget pacing highlights/issues.

• Act as both strategist and maker. Develop performance-driven creative strategies and concepts rooted in audience insight, platform behavior, and campaign objectives. Ability to then bring those ideas to life through copy and design.
• Design and write with range. Produce strong visual systems and clear, compelling copy, translating strategy into cohesive messaging, headlines, hooks, and calls to action across static and motion formats.
• Own the creative workflow end to end. Lead projects from briefing through delivery, managing timelines, feedback, revisions, and QA. Collaborate with internal teams, freelancers, and external partners as needed, and support creative resourcing to ensure projects stay on track.
• Curate and elevate creative output. Apply a sharp creative point of view, offer thoughtful feedback, and push ideas beyond the first or safest solution. Partner with internal teams to refine work and raise the overall creative bar.
• Guide execution across channels. Ensure creative is designed for performance, adapting concepts across paid and organic placements while maintaining consistency, quality, and intent.
• Stay informed and adaptive. Keep a pulse on platform shifts, emerging formats, and evolving audience behaviors to continuously improve creative effectiveness.
