About the role
- Provide leadership and oversight for Office Managers at both sites, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
- Partner closely with the sales team to develop and execute growth strategies tailored to each market.
- Champion client experience by maintaining the highest standards of care, service quality, and responsiveness.
- Implement operational best practices that support efficiency, scalability, and profitability.
- Monitor key business metrics, ensuring accountability for site performance in client growth, billable hours, margins, and client satisfaction.
- Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement across both sites.
- Represent the organization in the local community, strengthening relationships with clients, families, partners, and referral sources.
Requirements
- Proven leadership experience in multi-site operations management, preferably in healthcare, senior services, or a related field.
- Strong track record of driving business growth and operational performance.
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and strategic planning skills.
- Client-focused mindset with a commitment to quality care and service excellence.
- Ability to lead through influence, motivating and developing teams to achieve ambitious goals.
