About the role

Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives)
Coach team members and stakeholders on Agile principles and the Scrum framework
Identify and remove obstacles to ensure smooth delivery
Promote a culture of continuous improvement and high performance
Collaborate with the Product Owner to ensure backlog clarity and prioritization
Track and report key metrics (velocity, burndown charts) to stakeholders
Ensure transparency and effective communication across teams and departments
Support scaling Agile practices across multiple teams when required
Drive adoption of Agile best practices and ensure compliance with organizational standards
Mentor new Scrum Masters and contribute to the Agile community within the organization
Facilitate cross-team coordination for dependencies and shared deliverables
Advocate for continuous learning by organizing workshops, training sessions, and knowledge sharing activities

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) required
Additional Agile certifications (SAFe, PMI-ACP, ICAgile) are a plus
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)
3–5 years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments
Familiarity with Agile tools (Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps)
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
