About the role
- Plan, execute, and deliver projects using Agile principles
- Manage medium to large work packages from initiation to completion
- Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define scope, priorities, and deliverables
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
- Ensure alignment with organizational goals and maintain transparency through reporting
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including roadmaps, timelines, and status reports
- Coordinate with product owners and technical teams to ensure backlog refinement and prioritization
- Manage dependencies across multiple teams and projects
- Drive continuous improvement by analyzing metrics and implementing best practices
- Ensure compliance with organizational standards and governance frameworks
- Mentor and coach team members on Agile principles and practices
- Manage stakeholder expectations and facilitate effective communication across all levels.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in Agile project management
- PMP Certification is mandatory
- Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)
- Proven ability to manage medium to large-scale projects successfully
- Experience working with distributed or cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, Trello, or similar platforms
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage budgets, timelines, and resource allocation effectively
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) and DevOps practices is a plus
- Certification in Agile (e.g., CSM, PMI-ACP, SAFe Agilist) highly desirable
- Bachelors degree in Project Management, Business Administration, IT, or related field; Masters degree is an advantage.
