About the role

  • Plan, execute, and deliver projects using Agile principles
  • Manage medium to large work packages from initiation to completion
  • Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define scope, priorities, and deliverables
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
  • Ensure alignment with organizational goals and maintain transparency through reporting
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including roadmaps, timelines, and status reports
  • Coordinate with product owners and technical teams to ensure backlog refinement and prioritization
  • Manage dependencies across multiple teams and projects
  • Drive continuous improvement by analyzing metrics and implementing best practices
  • Ensure compliance with organizational standards and governance frameworks
  • Mentor and coach team members on Agile principles and practices
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and facilitate effective communication across all levels

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in Agile project management
  • PMP Certification is mandatory
  • Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)
  • Proven ability to manage medium to large-scale projects successfully
  • Experience working with distributed or cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency in Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, Trello, or similar platforms
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt to changing priorities
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage budgets, timelines, and resource allocation effectively
  • Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) and DevOps practices is a plus
  • Certification in Agile (e.g., CSM, PMI-ACP, SAFe Agilist) highly desirable
  • Bachelors degree in Project Management, Business Administration, IT, or related field; Masters degree is an advantage
  • Deep understanding of Agile principles, frameworks, and best practices
  • Knowledge of project governance, risk management, and compliance standards
  • Familiarity with business process improvement and change management methodologies
  • Understanding of resource planning, capacity management, and financial tracking
  • Awareness of emerging trends in Agile, digital transformation, and project delivery
