About the role
- Initiate phone contact with warm leads
- Conduct professional initial conversations to assess needs
- Qualify leads according to clear criteria
- Schedule and coordinate consultation appointments
- Maintain and document activities in the CRM
- Build genuine relationships with decision-makers
- Occasional participation in events and trade shows
- Qualify and convert prospects into real sales opportunities for THEFABERS through professional initial conversations, consistent follow-up, and targeted nurturing activities
- Conduct and arrange qualified closing calls for the strategy consultants
Requirements
- Persuasive and articulate
- Ideally experience in the marketing industry
- Enjoys making calls and selling
- High self-motivation and discipline
- Structured and reliable work approach
- Quick learner
- Ability to follow clear processes
- Excellent German, spoken and written
- Pleasant, confident voice
