About the role
- Full Charge Bookkeeper role to keep finance machine clean and efficient using QuickBooks
- Manage Accounts Payables, Account Receivables, Reconciliation Of Bank Accounts, Collections And Overall Cash Management
- Accounts Receivables: Track payments, process credit cards, make bank deposits, send collection letters and make collection phone calls
- Accounts Payables: Prepare weekly cash report, process checks and credit card payments
- Process monthly sales tax report
- Oversee negotiations of manufacturer, service, and insurance vendor contracts
- Assist in answering phones and invoicing
- Assist CPA firm with annual tax return and reporting
- Process payroll weekly
- Manage retirement plan
- Report to Kirill, CEO
Requirements
- +3yrs: Full Charge Bookkeeping & Quickbooks Online (construction experience a plus)
- iPoint experience (preferred)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office & Google Suite
- High attention to detail
- Previous experience with inventory, labor, and accruals
- Understanding of construction accounting (helpful)
