Create sales, establish and maintain client and referral relationships, curate a steady pipeline of active opportunities, and consistently hit monthly sales quota
SELL: focus on revenue-generating activities while engineering, project management, installation, programming and service teams execute projects
Establish and maintain referral (“annuity”) relationships with Architects, GCs, Owners Reps, Interior Designers and other trades
Establish and maintain revenue-generating relationships with UHNWI and maintain client satisfaction to drive referrals
Pipeline management: use CRM to enter leads, opportunities and activities; keep probability, close date and next steps updated
Determine scope of work and ensure proposals align to client needs
Work full-time (40 hrs/wk), Mon–Fri 8:00am–5:00pm, additional hours as needed; in-person in Mountlake Terrace

Requirements
+3yrs Sales Experience to UHNWI in the Built/Construction Environment
Proven track record of outside (not inside) sales
Ideal Knowledge: Selling Audio & Video (A/V), Networking, Lutron lighting & shading, Control4 (C4), Savant, Crestron Control Systems, High End Home Cinema and Audio
Acceptable Knowledge: Selling Electrical, Security, Networks, Lighting Controls/Fixtures, BMS, or other Technology to the Built Environment
History With/As: Ideally: A residential or commercial technology integration firm
Acceptable: Owners Rep, Architectural Rep, Outside Sales Rep for a premium/elite brand of architectural products, Business Development for Trades (Electrical, etc) with a technology focus
