About the role

  • You will play a key role in designing, developing, and documenting mechanical & plumbing systems for a variety of projects.
  • Close coordination with architects, interior designers, and engineering consultants.
  • Strong grasp of mechanical and plumbing design concepts is required.
  • Collaborate with internal members of the mechanical & plumbing design team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
  • 5+ years of experience in mechanical design for building construction.
  • Design process knowledge: planning, design modeling, specification, project mgmt, and construction support.
  • Strong understanding of building codes and standards. (ASHRAE, IBC, etc.).
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing systems.
  • Energy modeling and sustainable design practices and software. Carrier HAP and LoopCAD.
  • PLUS (but NOT required) - Revit Skills
  • PLUS (but NOT required) - Professional Engineering License
