About the role
- Technically manage video-focused projects from planning through installation and commissioning
- Lead client meetings, site walks, and technical coordination sessions
- Support onsite installation activities and field teams during critical project phases
- Review, update, and produce basic CAD drawings and technical documentation
- Assist with testing, validation, and troubleshooting of video equipment and systems
- Support SMPTE 2110 infrastructure, networked video workflows, and related technologies
- Coordinate schedules, deliverables, and technical requirements with internal teams and vendors
- Ensure systems meet performance, reliability, and client expectations
Requirements
- Experience managing technical video, broadcast, or large-format display projects
- Strong understanding of professional video systems and infrastructure
- Familiarity with SMPTE 2110 and IP-based video workflows preferred
- Ability to read and modify CAD drawings
- Comfortable working in client-facing and onsite environments
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to travel as needed for project support
