About the role
- Assess current front-end processes within clinic settings and identify transition roadmap to RC ownership.
- Lead efforts to standardize and centralize registration, scheduling, and RTE workflows.
- Collaborate with clinic managers and RC leadership to ensure seamless handoff of patient access responsibilities.
- Train front-end teams on best practices to enhance patient experience and improve data accuracy.
- Support system optimization, testing, and policy development for front-end operations.
Requirements
- 7+ years in revenue cycle management, with specific expertise in front-end operations.
- Experience in ambulatory or dental practice environments strongly preferred.
- Hands-on knowledge of RTE, scheduling, registration, and insurance verification processes.
- Strong leadership and change management skills; ability to lead transitions with tact and efficiency.
- Bachelor's Degree in healthcare or a similar field required
