About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Identify and qualify state and commercial RFPs across all three TWF divisions
Bid-no-bid analysis with TWF leadership
Full proposal lifecycle: kickoff, compliance matrix, schedule, color reviews, production, submission
Coordinate SME input across TWF Founding Partners and consultants
Build TWF's response library (past performance, key personnel, technical narratives, pricing structures)
Post-submission tracking and debrief capture

Requirements

What you’ll need

8+ years experience in proposal and bid management
APMP credential preferred
State HHS or behavioral health contracting experience strongly preferred
