About the role

  • Support sales team growth by managing tech stack and automations
  • Assist Director of Sales Ops with onboarding and setting up new accounts and sales reps
  • Ensure all new sales reps are setup correctly from a tech stack perspective before they go live
  • Implement and set up new tech stack, systems, and processes
  • Communicate with the brand’s marketing team on lead flow initiatives
  • Create and manage tech integrations using Zapier (Pipedrive, ActiveCampaign, Typeform, OnceHub etc)
  • Build out automations and workflows in the CRM with Director of Sales Ops oversight
  • Create new reports and dashboards in CRMs
  • Complete CRM configuration SOP for new accounts
  • Take full ownership of all OnceHub activity including booking links, pages, resource pools, rep availability, and documentation
  • Own tech stack related items in the launching a new sales engine SOP
  • Upload and update trainings in the sales resource center
  • Serve as resident expert on sales systems and processes
  • Manage rep adherence to CRM processes and troubleshoot lead flow or integration issues
  • Ensure data in Looker Studio are accurate

  • Experience building integrations using Zapier connecting systems like Pipedrive, ActiveCampaign, Typeform, OnceHub
  • Experience with scheduling tools like OnceHub or similar (Calendly)
  • Experience creating reports and dashboards in CRMs and ensuring Looker Studio data accuracy
  • Ability to onboard and configure CRM accounts and sales rep setups
  • Comfortable taking ownership of tech stack items and SOPs
  • Experience uploading and updating training materials in a sales resource center
