About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as the primary point of contact for injured clients.
Manage an active pre-litigation caseload independently.
Provide regular updates regarding treatment, case status, and outstanding items.
Respond promptly to calls, emails, text messages, and voicemails.
Maintain accurate case documentation in the case management system.
Monitor client treatment progression.
Coordinate appointments and follow-up with medical providers.
Identify treatment gaps, missed appointments, and barriers to recovery.
Communicate directly with insurance adjusters.
Verify coverage, policy information, claim numbers, and adjuster details.
Assist clients with property damage, total loss claims, rental coordination, loss of use concerns, diminished value claims.
Manage a high-volume caseload while meeting productivity expectations.
Monitor milestones and proactively move files toward demand readiness.
Escalate legal issues requiring attorney review.
Ensure files are complete and organized before transferring to the next department.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum 1 year of recent Plaintiff Personal Injury pre-litigation case management experience
Experience independently managing pre-litigation cases from intake through treatment
Experience coordinating medical treatment and provider follow-up
Experience communicating directly with insurance adjusters
Experience handling property damage matters
Experience moving cases toward demand readiness
Experience managing a high-volume caseload
Experience working in a KPI-driven environment
Fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal)
Strong computer skills and experience with legal case management software.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
