About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for injured clients.
  • Manage an active pre-litigation caseload independently.
  • Provide regular updates regarding treatment, case status, and outstanding items.
  • Respond promptly to calls, emails, text messages, and voicemails.
  • Maintain accurate case documentation in the case management system.
  • Monitor client treatment progression.
  • Coordinate appointments and follow-up with medical providers.
  • Identify treatment gaps, missed appointments, and barriers to recovery.
  • Communicate directly with insurance adjusters.
  • Verify coverage, policy information, claim numbers, and adjuster details.
  • Assist clients with property damage, total loss claims, rental coordination, loss of use concerns, diminished value claims.
  • Manage a high-volume caseload while meeting productivity expectations.
  • Monitor milestones and proactively move files toward demand readiness.
  • Escalate legal issues requiring attorney review.
  • Ensure files are complete and organized before transferring to the next department.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum 1 year of recent Plaintiff Personal Injury pre-litigation case management experience
  • Experience independently managing pre-litigation cases from intake through treatment
  • Experience coordinating medical treatment and provider follow-up
  • Experience communicating directly with insurance adjusters
  • Experience handling property damage matters
  • Experience moving cases toward demand readiness
  • Experience managing a high-volume caseload
  • Experience working in a KPI-driven environment
  • Fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal)
  • Strong computer skills and experience with legal case management software.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
