About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as the primary point of contact for injured clients.
- Manage an active pre-litigation caseload independently.
- Provide regular updates regarding treatment, case status, and outstanding items.
- Respond promptly to calls, emails, text messages, and voicemails.
- Maintain accurate case documentation in the case management system.
- Monitor client treatment progression.
- Coordinate appointments and follow-up with medical providers.
- Identify treatment gaps, missed appointments, and barriers to recovery.
- Communicate directly with insurance adjusters.
- Verify coverage, policy information, claim numbers, and adjuster details.
- Assist clients with property damage, total loss claims, rental coordination, loss of use concerns, diminished value claims.
- Manage a high-volume caseload while meeting productivity expectations.
- Monitor milestones and proactively move files toward demand readiness.
- Escalate legal issues requiring attorney review.
- Ensure files are complete and organized before transferring to the next department.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum 1 year of recent Plaintiff Personal Injury pre-litigation case management experience
- Experience independently managing pre-litigation cases from intake through treatment
- Experience coordinating medical treatment and provider follow-up
- Experience communicating directly with insurance adjusters
- Experience handling property damage matters
- Experience moving cases toward demand readiness
- Experience managing a high-volume caseload
- Experience working in a KPI-driven environment
- Fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal)
- Strong computer skills and experience with legal case management software.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
