About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage day-to-day functions of the commercial scheduling and sponsorship team
  • Coordinate added-value sponsorship elements, including logos, animations, and voiceover, for accurate broadcasting
  • Work with SBS on sales obligations and feature sheets for Production’s on-air execution
  • Execute client requests and deal points, including placement, billboards, feature information, live episode formats, sport guidelines, product exclusivity, and fair/equal ad rotation
  • Produce and publish domestic network commercial logs
  • Participate in weekend and holiday on-call rotation
  • Remain available for inventory questions from Network Control and other stakeholders
  • Support department initiatives, including employee training and IT enhancement testing

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 2+ years of professional experience
  • Media experience a plus
  • Detail-oriented and able to prioritize multiple projects
  • Strong communication, organization, and presentation skills
  • Collaborative team-player approach
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel
  • Ability to work in a fast-changing work environment
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
