About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drive portions of the full product development lifecycle from ideation through delivery for defined product features or experiences
- Develop product requirements and user stories translating technical needs into clear functional capabilities
- Collaborate with engineering, UX, marketing, and business partners to align teams
- Own execution for small to medium product areas, including solution definition, validation, development, launch, and iteration
- Contribute to the design, enhancement, and integration of software features, third-party solutions, and multiple systems such as SaaS
- Partner with engineering teams on new technologies, testing approaches, and technical architecture
- Apply innovative digital technologies to improve product outcomes
- Use ecommerce product and platform expertise across web and mobile apps to contribute to innovation and enhance user satisfaction
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends and share relevant insights
- Develop and deliver clear, compelling presentations for diverse audiences
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum 5 years of related work experience
- Familiarity with commerce products, including cart, checkout, and transactional funnels
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies
- Proficiency creating feature-level requirements, user stories, and backlog inputs
- Strong technical knowledge and experience leading initiatives spanning engineering, UX, and business teams
- Experience with PowerPoint, Keynote, or similar presentation tools
- Ability to use Jira, Smartsheet, and Confluence
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and interruptions
- Ability to think strategically and drive ideas into action
- Demonstrated experience using data, experimentation, or user insights to shape product decisions
- Experience with experimentation methodologies and measurement tools such as Adobe, Contentsquare, Tableau, or similar
- Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent work experience is required
